I truly appreciate the great service provided a John Paul Buick. When I arrived Salmon greeted me with these word “Good Morning TONYA”. Which made me feel like I was in the right place. THAT made me feel better and more relaxed, so I waited in the lobby and played with the birds. Just the mere fact that he understood I was in vacation and didn’t want to be at the dealer getting my car fixed. He kept me updated and I was able to drive to my condo in my Arkansas. More

I wasn't waited on very promptly even though I had an appointment. Wait time for completion of the oil change and tire rotation was the usual 1 hour and 1/2. I had serious electrical problems with my 2011 Buick LaCrosse. It would shut down on me whenever it wanted to, a quick stop for gas,at a line at a drive thru,even at a red light. Took it to Andy Shleinger in Glendale (charged me for a new board that didn't solve the problem. Took it to the Buick dealership in Menomonie Falls(kept it for 5 days and no loner car offered),couldn't duplicate the problem. Brought it to John Paul's Buick and found the problem and fixed the problem in a day. A little pricey but worth every penny. More
