-After hours the gates are locked and closed with no access to the lot so it's difficult to do service drop offs. -space tire cable was dragging on the ground and no one even mentioned it. I used to access to the lot so it's difficult to do service drop offs. -space tire cable was dragging on the ground and no one even mentioned it. I used tools to crank it back in after they returned vehicle to me right in front of showroom. -tpms warning light and message on dash with low tire of 25psi. Had to go back into service drive to get air. -quick call about service after drop off and work completed quickly. More
