VERY FRIENDLY staff!! Made a few errors with my job. Forgot promised oil change. Right turn camera not completed. Needed to go back in and have another rental overnight. Very disappointed. I made an apt for our families Rav 4 for 10:00 am Friday the 28th for an oil change and tire rotation. I had my son bring it and arrived a little late, 10:10. He told the service advis for 10:00 am Friday the 28th for an oil change and tire rotation. I had my son bring it and arrived a little late, 10:10. He told the service advisor he would wait their in waiting room. After an hour he checked with the front desk and they said it would be done soon. It wasn't done until 12;20! Over 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation they we had an appointment for! Unacceptable! This may make me think twice before scheduling service their again. More

I have been a customer for almost 20 years and the service has been very good to excellent. Service dept always took care of any issues and Sol Bunn is excellent at getting the issues correctly inter service has been very good to excellent. Great work and not out to take advantage of being a woman. They een take care of my kids cars. More
The service center at John Paul's usually does a great job. I have been using them since moving a few years ago so I am no longer close to the dealer where I bought my GMC Sierra. Calling and getting in touch with people is very easy. However, I initially tried to use the GMC scheduling website to schedule my appointment and it never showed any available spots. Once I scheduled my appointment, I planned to drop off my truck when they opened. They were pretty busy and seemed a little disorganized. However, after talking with someone I was finally checked in and on my way. The appointment was for an oil change and other small issues (turn indicator and leaking tire). They handled everything right away and it was ready for me at the end of the day. The location is clean and everyone was friendly. I will be going back again next time I need service. More
Got into the repair center, didn’t know where to go, proceeded to talk to two different people in the office and the repair shop who looked at me like I was an idiot and didn’t help me.
