My 2018 Encore did not start on the morning of December 30. Nothing electrical worked. I called the service department to determine if the battery was under warranty. It started after a couple hours on a charger, drove it to the dealer around 2:00, and was checked in immediately. I also needed a ride back to my house which was accommodated within just a few minutes. At 4:00 the same day, I received a call that the car was ready. The battery had a bad cell. I was back home by 4:40 with a working car, all done without an appointment. John Paul went out of their way to fix the car before New Year’s Eve. Excellent response. More

I was welcomed immediately and had a short wait for intake. I was about 20 minutes early. I came in for an engine code, it wasn’t found. I had a nail in a tire. It was removed. I also got a required emission test the was returned rejected. I was told to return when the code reappeared. Solomon was professional, personable and helpful. A salesman help me to adjust and set my car seat. The vehicle is new to me. I purchased the Buick through Carvanna. I am not comfortable with their recommended service providers. I prefer a Buick/ GM provider who is familiar with the vehicle. I plan to return soon for the Emission test and for maintenance if service level sustained. More
