PoorService responded

Mike Evans read my review and promptly called to rectify the situation. It seemed GM sent the wrong parts, but they are going to "take care" of me upon my return. I appreciate that they took this issue seriously. Mike empathized how far we drove, both ways, (with two cars) to drop off my vehicle and even agreed to fill up my tank and offered an oil change, in the future. (since I just had one, recently.) He said he would be educating the team about proper verbiage and protocol, if this was to ever happen again. I feel like I was heard and he apologized for the inconvenience. God job, Mike.
