I brought the car in for repair. They couldn’t find the problem. The car wouldn’t start the next day I took it to another repair shop and they found the problem in 5 minutes. This is the second time yo problem. The car wouldn’t start the next day I took it to another repair shop and they found the problem in 5 minutes. This is the second time your repair shop didn’t fix my Buick. No need to return to John Paul - ever. More

They called to confirm an appointment I made, five weeks prior, and four hours after dropping off my car they called and told me that they did not have the part. They promised to wash my car and didn't even prior, and four hours after dropping off my car they called and told me that they did not have the part.
