I would recommend anyone who needs service to not go to your dealership. Communication was terrible/nonexistent. I dropped my vehicle off for a recall and the engine was dismantled. I was never given a price and was asked if I would like to cover the cost of replacing the engine, which was more than the car was worth. Never got any calls from your dealership and when I called was asked to get the vehicle off the property. It was not until I showed up to tow my vehicle from your lot that I was given a price. The engine is still disassembled and now the vehicle will not even be touched by any other auto shops. It was running the day it was dropped off and now it is in pieces. I will be writing reviews online and notifying media regarding the terrible treatment I was given. More
