Update - It’s 2/27 . Truck is still in service. Still no loaner vehicle nor an explanation to what to issue is in service. They still have no idea what’s going on or why . I spoke with the GM . No call back , I’m really disappointed and stressed out about this whole situation.

Update - it is now March 10th and was just told what the issue was and of course it’s not covered . Had this vehicle about 3 months or so . I’m so so very upset at this 7k plus expense. Some is covered but most not .
