General manager took the call stating Scott was in a meeting, sounded like a lie. He was condescending, unhelpful and I found him to be untruthful by his tone and manner of speaking. Don’t back their warranty and/or their work they did on my vehicle. The lifetime power train warranty only cover $5,000.00. They put in a new thermostat and then motor blew. Had paint bubbling on the front of the hood of our Pacifica. Took it to Kunes CDJR in Belvidere for repair under the 5 year paint warranty.
