Terrible service - car in 4 times and never fixed. Service did not escalate to try and get to root cause. Kept trying to give me car back not fixed. I had to personally call the plant that built my Service did not escalate to try and get to root cause. Kept trying to give me car back not fixed. I had to personally call the plant that built my vehicle to get action. Jack-Wolf tried to give me my vehicl back with dirty headliner and trim not installed properly. They never apologized or even offered anything to make up for my inconveniences. My car was in shop for over 30 days ! More
