Specifically said not to wash my black truck. 2 hours later, the truck is wet and now has a ton of swirlmarks and scratches all over it. When I purchased this truck it had always been handwashed. Now my paint is destroyed. Service manager never called me back either. Place is extremely unprofessional. More

Kunes in Sycamore, Illinois - Body shop repair from impact hitting a deer. A few months after they repaired the front end, the front bumper popped out of alignment, the shop corrected it as a warranty impact hitting a deer. A few months after they repaired the front end, the front bumper popped out of alignment, the shop corrected it as a warranty repair, fantastic! I was told there are only a few clips holding the bumper in place and they are difficult to seat properly. However, a few months later the bumper popped out of alignment a second time, I even offered to split the cost of repairing; they said they would again repair it under warranty. Unfortunately, after several attempts to schedule the repair, Kunes body shop would never return my calls. More
