Despite a nagging problem with the vehicle that 3 dealerships couldn't diagnose over 11 mos...I found the staff at Kunes very customer service oriented and exceeded our expectations in most ways with dealerships couldn't diagnose over 11 mos...I found the staff at Kunes very customer service oriented and exceeded our expectations in most ways with the exception of the diagnostic problem. I cant say enuff about my overall experience with the staff and procedures at KUNES Woodstock service center. The only reason I cant give a 5 star is their inability to diagnose a reoccurring no start pr staff and procedures at KUNES Woodstock service center. The only reason I cant give a 5 star is their inability to diagnose a reoccurring no start problem. This problem also could not be resolved by 2 other dealerships as well. More
