2006 Toyota Sienna Galesburg Toyota gets a five star rating from me because of many things .The first being the way I was treated by the sales staff .The were respectful Galesburg Toyota gets a five star rating from me because of many things .The first being the way I was treated by the sales staff .The were respectful and were willing to meet me on a price .I am sure they made money and they have overhead to meet so I wouldn't expect less .The van they had was a better looking van than most I have seen and better more reasonably priced .A few of the issues I had with it were taken care of by the detail shop and with excellent results .They were able to provide me with service records and answer any questions I had in any reports .I have always believed if you do a job do it so that you wouldn't be afraid to sign your name to it that you were the one to do it .Galesburg Toyota definitely did that ! They followed through on things negotiated in the deal and did a great job ,not just one to get it out the door ! For that's reasons I would recommend Galesburg Toyota ! More

Too lazy to fix your car, but good for oil changes They refused to fix the car, even though it was obvious what was wrong and that it was a quick fix. We even paid money to speak to a Toyota specialist They refused to fix the car, even though it was obvious what was wrong and that it was a quick fix. We even paid money to speak to a Toyota specialist who told us exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. We dropped off a broken car and picked up a broken car. We called another dealership and they had the parts ordered before we even dropped off the car. The other dealership fixed it in a day, claiming it happens all the time and isn't hard to fix. I expected more from a Toyota dealership. More
