Shop had vehicle for weeks - didn't have parts to ordered wrong part ..., kept changing our loaners and telling us they didn't know if they had one for us (lot full of cars) - had vehicle back less than one wrong part ..., kept changing our loaners and telling us they didn't know if they had one for us (lot full of cars) - had vehicle back less than one day and it died - was told shop "forgot" to bolt down alternator? Vehicle is a 2018 less than 65,000 miles and has been in the shop a ton since purchased new. Thank goodness we purchased extended warantee but still a disapointment from a $68,000 car. More
