incorrect Paperwork Dealership failed to send original paper work with signatures allowing us to secure the car license plate. Dealer failed to secure additional paperwork from previous owner preventing us from getting the license plate. I’ve waited patiently for 30-days and finally decided to call and check on status as temporary license expired. Now I cannot drive a car I purchased and if I had not called who knows how long it would have went. Very poor service. More

Some nice people, but... The people are nice, but the cost just continues to rise. They also pull the famous trick of telling you that you need thousands of dollars of work do The people are nice, but the cost just continues to rise. They also pull the famous trick of telling you that you need thousands of dollars of work done on your car when you really don't. After one visit they told me I needed multiple major repairs. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and they said I was fine. I returned to the dealership 3 months later for an oil change and all those problems miraculously disappeared. The only reason they get three stars from me (and not 2) is Theresa. She is very helpful and just a delightful person. More
