New car purchase Tim has an excellent knowledge of the car market. He was able to answer all my questions, and demonstrated all of the new features of the 2018 Camry. I traded up from a 2010 Camry, wow what a difference. Tim explained all of the features in an easy to understand manner. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone that is looking for an new car. Never again Took my vehicle in for diagnosis and was told it was two bad wheel bearings. Next day for service they decided it was bad tires. A misdiagnosis is fi Took my vehicle in for diagnosis and was told it was two bad wheel bearings. Next day for service they decided it was bad tires. A misdiagnosis is fine, but changing from wheel bearings (which should be checked to see if the hub is loose) to bad tires left us questioning. The service manager was arrogant and not happy about having to deal with a woman wanting straight answers. He was extremely rude, arrogant, unapologetic, and refused to see why we would be concerned about such a mistake. Tires to wheel bearings is very understandable, but bad wheel bearings to tires left us feeling like we were getting the run around. Because of the service department's manager we will NEVER be back to Galesburg Toyota again and I will be sure to tell my friends and family to go elsewhere. More
