My experience with the staff at Bob Moore Kia was extremely pleasant and relaxed. From the first phone call I made inquiring about their inventory until I drove home in my new Optima, the dealership extremely pleasant and relaxed. Ben, who took my phone call, answered all my questions in a professional and friendly way. He even extended an offer to put me in a loaner car if they had to search for the exact car I wanted. That alone sold me on the quality of customer service the dealership offers. When I visited the showroom, Mike Gibbs, sales consultant, helped me find the perfect car. In a no-pressure way, Mike guided me through the process. When the deal was agreed upon, Adam Black, in their finance department, worked hard to find the best purchase package and financing available. The service staff, lead by manager, Doug (sorry I don't know his last name), helped me get acquainted with all the features in my new car. Kendall Slabaugh worked his magic with the technology package showing me how to manuever in the system and linking my cell phone with the car. He made it easy!! We recently purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and helpful. We bought a car in February during the snow storm that turned out to be a lemon. We paid $6000.00 for it. We were told they would fix things like the inside door which they never did. We have put over $1000.00 just to keep it running and have been told that we need to put another $1000.00 plus for the car to really stay running. We called and talked to the young man now over the sales men at the Kia lot. He said come to town (1.5 hours) and he would take care of the problem or take care of us something like that. We get there and he sets us up with an 18 year old sales boy. He had no idea what he was doing. Then only offered us 3,500 for the car that we had had for 4 months and had already put 1000.00 into the lemon. We had found something that our daughter liked for 9,995.00 but we were not happy with the way we were being treated. A teenager selling cars who did not know anything, we made a drive and noone helping, I said I wanted what we paid for the car because it was a lemon and the manager laught at me,he came back later at 5000.00 for trade in. We finially took it but felt we truelly should have got the 6,000.00 but we knew that the car you sold us was a peice of junk and noone else would take it. we were treated so bad that we will never come back to buy another care from you again. We have nothing good to tell anyone about your company. While checking out we had to hear about how all of these people come from Enid to buy cars there. The only reason we did in the first place was our daughter was there after wrecking her car in a snow storm. Never again. Enid all the way!!!!!! More
