Purchasing from LB Smith Ford was the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle out of state. I want to send a huge shout out and thank you to Seth Spain for making the process seamless. For the past month I've been searching for a particular vehicle which in this case happened to be a 2018 or 2019 Honda Accord 2.0 6-speed manual. I live here in Columbus Ohio and had to turn my search to Nationwide because there wasn't any vehicles popping up within 250 mile radius of my location. I ended up finding three vehicles within 500 mi radius two of them were in Virginia Beach and unbeknownst to me while looking up flights to fly from Columbus Ohio to Virginia Beach Virginia an add of this particular car I was looking for popped up. The picture I seen and had the 2.0 on a rear shot of the car and once I clicked on the picture I seen it just happened to be the six speed manual!!! I acted quick and submitted an inquire about it and Seth reached out to me and from there he helped me out on how the process would work with me being out of state and whatnot. I didn't have to put a deposit or anything to hold the vehicle, he took my word that I was going to buy it!! I connected them up with my credit union and they worked out all the details. All I had to do was Drive 5 hours and 45 minutes east to pick it up!! They even wiggled on their price a little bit and accepted my work beater as a trade-in and the rest is history!! The car was cleaned detailed and had a FULL TANK OF GAS in it for the trip home!! The cherry on top was sub just so happened to be in Ohio man himself, small world...lol!!!
