service manager sucks! I set up appt. for 2 recalls on my jeep. Was told it would take 3 hrs, No problem with that,Told them i would need a car while ours was in shop, I was I set up appt. for 2 recalls on my jeep. Next thing I get is a phone call from my wife upset, She had arrived there at appt time,They took car to shop ,she asked where the loaner car was and was told we don't have one, at this time they already have started on work. She was told to go to the lobby area and wait. She was treated very poorly by service manager twice. He has the personality of a piss ant and has zero customer service ability. As far as I'm concerned, you talk to my wife like that I'm done with you. I have done business with them for years. We like our salesman Bob and I liked the two that were running service dept before. They always treated us well with no problems. But loyalty will only get you so far.There are other dealers in area and I will go there from now on. I have known Bob M. since i was a young boy and I am sorry for not giving him my business anymore. In this day and age service means more to me than the almighty dollar. More
