Clarkfamily, We would like to apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding you may have had with "Out of state deliveries" We no longer conduct out of state vehicle transactions for a few years now. We have had less than positive experiences / transactions with the last out of state deliveries. The Sales representative should have been more clear and concise, for that we are sorry. If you are a California resident and are registering the vehicle in state we would be happy to take care of you on any vehicle transaction. When you question our integrity and competence on first test drive demonstration due to our age or history, it is quite disrespectful. We don’t condone talking down or profiling anyone. We were nothing but transparent with your quotes. Credit was not pulled out of respect for your privacy. Yet you claim we weren’t working to get you the best deal? This is very disappointing to see disrespect in a simple test drive and now yelp. Please be nicer to the representative on any test drive you do at any other dealership.
