Edward was very friendly,professional,wasnt overbaring. He allowed me sometime to figure out what I wanted. I told him the camaro. He then smiled and said I have just the right for you. I drove the car I fell in love with it. He then turned to me and said this is your vehicle. He wasnt just pitching a sale, he knew exactly what he was talking about. But to make a long story short. However, with so much information available to the customer on line, it was refreshing to participate in an upfront and direct conversation with the sales manager on the price of a new car and the trade-in value of my current car. Working with his own screen available to me for my observation - and with the help of the USAA buying service, we came to an agreement - and I was not planning on buying a new car! I appreciated the candor, transparency - and ultimately, the price that we agreed upon. Both the sales manage - and the sales rep that also worked with me - were respectful, service-oriented and went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. Kudos to both of them More

We are Costco members and with discounts felt we received a great price that was within our budget. We also were very happy with the trade-in value. Overall, the process of the sale was painless and we were glad to have Dina as our sales rep. She was very personable, was organized and has done an outstanding job with her follow-ups. Getting your car serviced is never fun, but they make it happen as smooth as possible. Also, honest and professional and don't try to sell you a bunch of fancy services you don't need.
