I have GM Rewards points. I forgot to mention them. Once I paid for service, I could not go back and re-do the transaction so that I could use those points. I wish that weren' I forgot to mention them. Once I paid for service, I could not go back and re-do the transaction so that I could use those points. I wish that weren't the policy...and I wish the dealership would remind me to use those points. I imagine there is some disincentive for the dealership to save me money on my service. I just wish businesses weren't run this way. I understand I can use the points in the future, but reward points policies have a funny way of changing to your disadvantage over time.
