The service started out very positively, but as time went on, the dealership made it increasingly difficult for me to purchase my vehicle. I was left with the impression that they were convinced I would not on, the dealership made it increasingly difficult for me to purchase my vehicle. I was left with the impression that they were convinced I would not be able to afford or qualify for the truck I wanted, and it felt as though every obstacle possible was placed in my way. The entire experience felt discriminatory and harassing. By this point, my credit had already been checked four times, despite my repeated requests not to have it run multiple times. I continued working with this dealership because I did not want to start over elsewhere and risk having my credit checked again. The overall attitude from management was cold, dismissive, and rude. My salesperson frequently apologized for this behavior. What I found especially unusual was that she had to consult the manager for every single step of the process, despite telling me she had worked at multiple dealerships before. I spent five to six hours at the dealership on multiple days. While waiting for hours, I even had to ask other salespeople for a phone charger just to keep my phone powered on. The lack of consideration for my time and the poor treatment I received made the experience extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. What should have been an exciting vehicle purchase turned into a terrible and exhausting nightmare. More

Very disappointing experience. We were promised that a specific vehicle was available, only to be told it was at another dealership. We were then assured it would be delivered to this location within a few hours and that they would even bring it to us for a test drive. Three hours later, I called to confirm everything was still on schedule, and they assured me the vehicle was on its way **TWO HOURS AFTER BEING PHYSICALLY AT THE DEALERSHIP**. Then, two hours after that, they called to say the car was no longer available because it had been sold. This was an enormous waste of our time and could have been avoided with better communication. Making promises they couldn't keep and repeatedly giving us inaccurate information was extremely unprofessional. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership. More
