I highly recommend this dealership and was very satisfied when I left driving in a used “Like-New” vehicle. I'm only 18 years old, in college full-time and work full-time. I have zero credit and had no luck when I left driving in a used “Like-New” vehicle. I'm only 18 years old, in college full-time and work full-time. I have zero credit and had no luck at other dealerships. GMC Buick LaFontaine took really good care of me and my ridiculous expectations were taken serious. I wanted a nice and reliable car that would fit into my budget with low miles. Other dealerships thought my expectation were funny and they didn’t take me serious at all. Clearly because I’m young with no credit. Jason Law (my car dealer) was a very friendly and truthful person, who tried really hard to get me in the car I wanted. After searching days for a car I was starting to think didn’t exist, he found me the BEST DEAL I could ever ask for! However, things don’t always go my way. I put my down payment on the car and I only thing I need was car insurance. Seeing how I’m young and this would be my first car, the prices were way out my budget. A week past and still no luck with affordable insurance. People were aware of the fantastic price on (my future) car and were TRYING there hardest to buy it in full. But Surprisingly, LaFontaine was very loyal and patient and MOST car dealership don’t carry these wonderful qualities. Finally, when I found car insurance , my car was waiting for me once I arrived and I was in disbelief. Everything went just as planned, no hassles or gimmicks. Of course I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a car with excellent customer service and impeccable support/loyalty. Great experience working with Jason Law. We had just decided to look for an used jeep, but wanted the bigger engine with the bells and whistles. Buying a used vehicle from Jason Law was so awesome! He made everything so easy for us and was so helpful. We live in Port Huron and drove about 2 hours to get to the dealership to look at the vehicle we s made everything so easy for us and was so helpful. By the time we got there the entire dealership was actually closed but Jason and his team stayed well after hours to see that we were taken care of and were comfortable buying the vehicle. No one ever tried to pressure us or hurry us along in making a decision. The little things truly do make all the difference in the world and they certainly made us feel like family! We didn't drive 2 hours to buy a vehicle because we had to, we did it because after speaking with Jason, we CHOSE to. There were plenty of vehicles very similar to the one we purchased at local dealerships, but Lafontaine service exceeded all of them by far. I would recommend Lafontaine and specifically Jason Law to car buyers across the board. Whether you have purchased many vehicles or maybe looking to buy for the first time, you will NOT regret giving him the chance to help. I had been looking for a car for a while, and finally found one I liked online at LaFontaine. Unfortunately it was several states away, and I was not able to travel there to look at it. I hesitated found one I liked online at LaFontaine. Unfortunately it was several states away, and I was not able to travel there to look at it. I hesitated considering buying a car sight unseen, but I called anyway. Jason took my call. He emailed me extra pictures, and answered my questions in a manner so that I felt comfortable in proceeding with the purchase. I asked to have it shipped. Jason called me back and said it would not be ready to ship until their shop made some repairs. Even after my payment was received, another repair was made. As it took several days to process all of the paperwork through the mails, Jason called me often, keeping me updated, and just keeping in touch, without being obnoxious. I was still apprehensive about what I would actually receive. Would it be as described? Yes, it was. I was very pleased with Jason, and my new vehicle. Even after the car was delivered, Jason called me to make sure everything was all right. I requested some additional information, thinking I would not receive it - why should he accommodate me now? - the deal was done. Lo and behold, Jason came through again. This was my first time buying a car and the patience and hard work that Gary Hart and John Nabozny showed, made what was at first a very stressful time in my life and turned it into a pleasant and exciting experience!
