exceptional customer service although I didn't end up purchasing a car from Lafontaine Buick, I did purchase one at another Lafontaine dealership. It seems that the Lafontaine group has somehow figured out how to recruit the best of the best. My dealings with this dealership was much better than I expected. I am a long time GM purchaser, and I don't remember ever feeling so comfortable dealing with sales people before. David Bozak went above and beyond to make my visit everything I could have hoped for. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that appraised my trade in, but he too, was very professional, likable and fair when appraising my car. My only regret with my dealings with the Lafontaine group of dealerships, was that I couldn't purchase a car from both of them. More

Great experience! Buying a used car has never been so easy. Paul was fantastic every step of the way. I planned on trading in my VW for a used BMW. When I called to set an appointment on Friday, Paul was kind and informative. He asked for details about my trade-in to expedite the process and promised that the BMW would be waiting out front for me to test drive when I came. Sure enough when I arrived the car was ready to test drive. There were no major issues with the car upon inspection and I felt comfortable moving forward with the sale so I put down a deposit and filled a credit app. Even though I hadn't purchased the car yet, Paul let me take it for the weekend which was an unexpected but very welcome surprise. On Monday I finished up the paperwork Jim. On Tuesday they sent a driver to Grand Rapids after business hours so that my mother could co-sign the documents. The process was painless. Everyone I worked with went above and beyond to make sure the details were set. I am very happy with whole experience. This really feels like a family business. I will be returning for regular service on the car. Thank you! More

I was a little surprised that my car was not in a service bay approximately one hour after I had checked in bu Jen Coselman made sure the technicians got it into the service bay once I noted my concern about the delay. Cookies in the waiting area were delicious treats to tide me over during the dinner hour on the dealearship's late night. I was sorry they were all of popcorn. Always a treat too. When I asked if there was any decaf coffee, a gentleman actually made a cup for me in his personal Keurig. That was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you. More
