Overall pleased with service rep, timely completion of work done. I do feel the cost of labor and parts was overpriced…just because it was done at the dealership vs a third party business- should not be work done. Service department is very professional, courteous and efficient. More expensive than getting your oil changed at a quick change but these folks know what they are doing and carry GM parts so I think it' efficient. Their service appointment scheduling is useless. I was on time for an oil change and they took almost 2 hours to complete the job. Last time it took just over an hour.
