I went into this business for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to upsell me for multiple services, and I ended up letting them change a filter and perform a cleaning of the fan related to the rotation. They tried to upsell me for multiple services, and I ended up letting them change a filter and perform a cleaning of the fan related to the filter replacement. They showed me a picture of two acorns in the fan and quoted over $500 to remove and replace fan as it was “welded into position“. I went into this business with no issues, other than needing an oil change. However, when I left upon turning on my AC fan at medium or high, there was a noise similar to that of a jet engine. When I called to complain, they told me the only thing they could do was to replace the fan for the over $500 they quoted me. Upon getting home and doing some research online, I found out that the maximum price of the fan was $130 and it was very simple to replace. To add insult to injury I was able to remove the acorns very easily on my own. To be fair, the drive may have displaced the acorns making them easier to remove. However, I would not recommend this place for service, or at least I would recommend that people take their recommendations with a grain of salt. More

It took over 6 weeks for my warranty covered repair on my new vehicle purchased this year. They were waiting on a back ordered part. I was given three different loaner vehicles that had to be swapped out eve new vehicle purchased this year. They were waiting on a back ordered part. I was given three different loaner vehicles that had to be swapped out every 1000 miles. This was an inconvenience to take time off work to go to the dealership. They even had me come there to sign paperwork for a loaner that I was keeping for another 500 miles rather than extending the contract and having me sign it virtually. This was not my normal advisor who had me do that as he was off on family leave. The loaner vehicles were not clean. The first one was absolutely disgusting inside and out. The others were also dirty. When they returned my vehicle I would have liked them to detail it as a courtesy which I’ve had other dealerships do as a courtesy in the past. My advisor was friendly and did his best to communicate the status of my vehicle. More
