The wonderful professional service department went out of their way to help me retrieve my car. In my over-stressed mind I dropped off my car at the wrong dealership down the street from LaFontaine (in even their way to help me retrieve my car. In my over-stressed mind I dropped off my car at the wrong dealership down the street from LaFontaine (in evening). They retrieved my car, fixed my tire issue and communicated with me along the way. I drive a Subaru (bought at LaFontaine in Commerce Township) and will not due business with the local Subaru dealership (past issues) More

Overall pleased with service rep, timely completion of work done. I do feel the cost of labor and parts was overpriced…just because it was done at the dealership vs a third party business- should not be work done.
