I have done several very expensive engine/transmission related inspections and repairs at this dealer. Many parts have been replaced and it appears they keep discovering “new” problems. Recently they agai related inspections and repairs at this dealer. Many parts have been replaced and it appears they keep discovering “new” problems. Recently they again charged $200 for an inspection and told me that my GMC Yukon’s engine needed to be replaced, with a quote for $19,000. My Yukon has only 77000 miles on it and is maintained well by the same dealer with expensive oil change on schedule. They are ripping me off, and let alone the so many trips I had to go there, the time wasted, and missing days to my office. Also think twice when considering GMC. They have serious engine and transmission problems for their trucks and suvs they make. You could have to make major repairs right after warranty - trash! More

Dave was awesome he was very polite and told me exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me a loaner immediately because he didn't think it was safe for me to drive my car with a transmission fluid leak what was wrong with my car and gave me a loaner immediately because he didn't think it was safe for me to drive my car with a transmission fluid leak. I love how they give me a video inspection of my car and gave a very detailed explanation of my car. Their customer lounge is beautiful and very well kept. I recommend anyone to LaFontaine. More
