Came in for complimentary oil change and tire rotation (first service) on 2026 CTS. Asked for wheel balance check with rotation and was.told that it would be an additional $75. Told them to skip the rotat (first service) on 2026 CTS. Asked for wheel balance check with rotation and was.told that it would be an additional $75. Told them to skip the rotation because the tire store down the street would give me a free rotation and balance. I was told the oil change would take “about an hour” It took 2 hours and they didn’t run my car through the car wash afterwards. On the other hand, all technicians and employees were very courteous and friendly. The waiting area was nice. More
