We had gone to many other dealerships but our experience with Lafontaine Highland was by far the best. TJ Edward's was the first to call me as soon as they opened and apologized. I do believe sometimes you fall through the cracks but normally each customer is treated well as they will take the time with each person through the whole process. More

I never heard from them and my follow up texts and emails went unanswered. I even reached out to the internet sales manager Jeff asking help and still no response. I know it’s a sellers market but the courtesy of a quick response was warranted. I finally gave up and found another super responsive dealer who had the same specification truck and bought it today. Thoroughly disappointed with LaFontaine and the salesman Mike Blair. Sold us a Lemon. They cleared the engine code right before we test drove it. Once you clear the code it comes back on in about 10 to 15 minutes. So driving it home, the engine light came on. Fiance called Mike, he was suppose to set up something for us and never did. So we took it to a foreign car repair shop. 5 Grand! Needs a new engine. We go in with a 5 to 6 grand Budget and now this car is costing over 13 grand!. Shop someplace else Cochran was not out salesman but Mike Blair is not on the list. I have to choose or it won't post. More
My young, hard working daughter purchased a used vehicle from LaFontaine in Highland. Within 2 weeks of driving it, she noticed something wasn’t right. When she took it in for service, the diagnostic reve from LaFontaine in Highland. Within 2 weeks of driving it, she noticed something wasn’t right. When she took it in for service, the diagnostic revealed that it was the transmission. She purchased a warranty, but they will do nothing for this transmission work. Just a warning to potential customers, they sell used cars in need of major mechanical repairs $$$! If you’re in the market to purchase a reliable used car, you will be better off going to an upstanding dealership that sells truly certified pre owned vehicles that will not cost $4,400+ to repair within 2 weeks of ownership. I had a 6:00 pm appointment with Ms. T. Kelly. Upon my arrival 3 different salesman approached me to make sure I was being helped. That was very considered of them. Finally, a different salesperson inf arrival 3 different salesman approached me to make sure I was being helped. That was very considered of them. Finally, a different salesperson informs me that Ms. Kelly is gone for the day. So, Ms. Tasha I believe is her name, please excuse me if I'm incorrect. But, I'm very certain the young lady name does starts with a T and she works in the used cars finance department asks a gentleman to bring up the vehicle. To my surprise the vehicle was EXTREMELY nasty and had a very foul smell. When I brought it to Ms. T attention she was very condensing and just shook her head at me as if I was the one who brought her the vehicle to look at. Also, she had the nerve to say I just wanted you to see the leg room and let your son sit to test the leg room out. Personally I would not have allowed an wild animal to sit in that aweful vehicle. I have attached a video of how this vehicle was presented to me. THE VEHICLE REEKED OF URINE AND FECES!!! More

This is a really horrible dealership to work with. I had to return my lease car a bit early due to being out of town. I returned my car on July 12, 2021 to this dealer. I was not given any review of my car, only a paper with my mileage on it. To date as I am shopping my insurance on my new lease (they told me I could not lease again but were wrong), I still show up online as still having this car in my possession! I had to call GM Financial to get confirmation that the old car was "grounded" at this dealership. I have no paperwork that all was well with my car (it was in great condition when I dropped it off, and even though they told me I could not lease again from GM Financial they were wrong and I did get another GM car. I will NEVER go back to this dealer. They don't care about their customers. DO NOT GO THERE! More
I feel as though someone should hear about my experience in service. I had a 7:30AM appt on Wed to drop my van off and have repairs made. I dropped it Tuesday evening using the after hours drop box to ensur in service. I had a 7:30AM appt on Wed to drop my van off and have repairs made. I dropped it Tuesday evening using the after hours drop box to ensure my vehicle was there for its scheduled spot time. I received one phone call the entire time it was there. Victoria was my service advisor. I had to call every time I needed a status update (which was about 6 or so times) and never once received communication from the service department or Victoria about anything. I called yet again Friday evening around 5 pm and spoke with Victoria who stated the vehicle was up on the lift they were trying to finish it because they closed at 6:00. Yet again no call. On Saturday appx 1:30 I had to call yet again and speak with the service manager to find out my car “had just gotten off the lift”. If I would not have called on Saturday I would have not seen my vehicle until Monday which I would have had to take a day off work to deal with. I was a service advisor for a prominent Harley Davidson dealership for nearly 10 years and I know communication is the number 1 most important thing and here there was none. I did find out from the service manager they were running behind schedule but again I was never communicated that. I have bought a couple of vehicles from this specific dealership as well as several members of my family but I will not again, and neither will they. Such a disappointment and I feel as though they are such a large money making dealership that my simple vehicle did not matter to them. They will make up the profits through other means. I feel as though This is NOT a service department that cares about regular hard working people as individuals and how they can make their lives more convenient, only about getting them in and out to make room for the next one. Very unprofessional. More
