BEST Car Shopping Experience After visiting a handful of dealerships and having nothing but negative experiences, I was referred to Klint at LaFontaine Buick GMC Cadillac by a for After visiting a handful of dealerships and having nothing but negative experiences, I was referred to Klint at LaFontaine Buick GMC Cadillac by a former coworker. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Kelli greeted me and grabbed me a cup of coffee. (So nice!!) Klint was with another guest when I arrived so I was taken to his assistant, Ron. Ron took down all of my details - current vehicle, what I was looking for (white Buick Encore), price range, etc. Ron and Klint found the exact car I was looking for and gave me the keys to test drive while they ran some numbers. By the time I made it back to the dealership, they had an offer waiting for me and it was the best offer I had seen at any dealership. I was blown away by how well they worked with me that I thought there had to be a catch! Nope - they are just wonderful people to do business with and want to make the customer experience a positive one. Ron helped me set up my OnStar services and took my car to be detailed. Klint introduced me to David to finish signing the papers. David was dynamic and made signing what feels like 8,000 pages of documents much better! I then got my keys and headed home in my new whip! I arrived at the dealership around 1:30 p.m. and was out of there before 5:00 p.m. - keep in mind, this was a Saturday AND their second to last sales day of their month, so it was very busy. Putting that into perspective, it was a very short process. I have nothing but positive things to say about LaFontaine, as well as Klint, Ron, David and Kelli. Everyone was kind and personable - I felt like they truly cared about me. The entire car buying experience at LaFontaine was exactly how buying a car should be - fast, easy, fun! Thank you to all at LaFontaine!! More

free car wash after having service on my car, I had a complimentary car wash. I think it was dirtier when I left than when I came in. everyone should take pride i after having service on my car, I had a complimentary car wash. I think it was dirtier when I left than when I came in. everyone should take pride in their work whether they are the CEO, salesperson or the car wash employee. my car was not the cleanest when I arrived but it looked like it was just rinsed off then wiped, smearing the dirt around. I just hope the dirt didn't scratch the paint. I'm really not happy with that service. I'm not certain of the person that checked my in for the service. More

Service department has damaged my vehicle three times now. For the third time now Lafontaine Highland's service department has damaged my vehicle. Granted, two times they did fix it free of charge. However, For the third time now Lafontaine Highland's service department has damaged my vehicle. Granted, two times they did fix it free of charge. However, it took complaints to the Service Department despite obvious technician damage. The first time, they broke the driver's seat side trim. They replaced it. The second time, they broke the passenger side mirror. It was returned to us completely bent in the wrong direction and the motor leads were severed. Again, they replaced it. The third time, they discovered a loose tie rod on the driver's side during an oil change and replaced it. Great that they checked and found the issue. However, less than 24 hours later we started developing an intermittent "Service ABS System" error on the dashboard information center. The service code pointed us to the ABS sensor on the side the tie rod was replaced. We called in and described the issue and the correlation to time of the repair and the side the issue occurred. They scheduled a "inspection" for Friday, August 21st with the expectation that the dealership was going to fix the issue. To our surprise, they treated the visit for "inspection" as a "service" visit and promptly charged my wife with a diagnostic fee (which they dropped under protest). Promptly denied the responsibility. So I took it upon myself to inspect the area in question myself, in where I found that the bracket that held ABS sensor harness had been broken off and the ABS sensor harness was just dangling with bracket attached to it. The bracket has a couple witness marks where it appear to have been hit with a mallet or the tie rod itself. The service rep told me that the tech had placed the vehicle on a lift and removed the wheel. However, if this were true, the harness would been dangling right in front of his face. Not only that but the original tech didn't care that he broke the harness bracket. The harness appear to be shorted from the strain of dangling while driving. Not only did the service rep lie to me over the phone, my wife was frazzled to tears as he treated her quite rudely. Apparently, the service tech attached the OBD2 tool and left it at that. Poor service all around. More
