I had been trying to figure out what type of vehicle I wanted for months. The color, the style, the manufacturer, you name it. I'm still thinking "let's see what happens". I went into the dealership with the car buyers attitude of "caution". I was met immediately at the entrance, even saw my name on the schedule board, and was introduced to my sales person Kim Harbaugh. She answered all of my questions and even anticipated ones I wanted to ask, without being pushy. The communication was and has been excellant, even after signing on the dotted line. I already have, and will continue to recommended the dealership and Jill to friends and business contacts. I'm surprised how satisfied I have been with this experience. I drove 30 miles to Lafontaine to look at a used truck that I saw advertised on their website. It was worth the drive, the truck was exactly as described and within the price range I was hoping for.
