Mr. Stum, I dont have anything more to say. I've never had the opportunity to own a brand new Cadillac, always used. It's my vehicle of choice. I've never encountered such low class instances before. This will be my 4th used Caddy. I was given the impression that there is no "service after the sale". Actually, it was my husband who found the car. I'm thinking he wanted me to have it. And the salesman saw us coming, a couple of old people. It was like the broken lens cover, the missing spring on the driver's side door and the bezel for the passenger side door switch. We were sent to EBay to buy that part. I paid for that and am now waiting for a refund from them because they don't have it. I'm sure that your service people have more resources than we do. My husband is out of town right now, so I can't give you the name of the part that causes a clunking sound when I drive over a crack in the road. I need to feel safe in the vehicle I drive. I don't. The repairs that were done for safety, was just 1/2. One brake pad, one rotor. Only the bare minimum. I realize that you need to make a profit, but if I took this in on trade, I would have sold it for parts. There was not a shred of honesty in this transaction. I'm sorry for that.

Mr. Stum, I reached my husband to find out what causes the "clunking" sound. He seems to think it's the torsion bar bushings. That, to me, is important. Thanks again for your time. Mrs. Maynard
