Your Ai is bad. So hard to get human on the phone. I was very frustrated trying to my rewards. 2 Ai's, 1 human who didn't have answer told me to go the app. Which I So hard to get human on the phone. I was very frustrated trying to my rewards. 2 Ai's, 1 human who didn't have answer told me to go the app. Which I already tried. Finally I called the service department check status on vehicle in service. He was able to help me. Then when I tried to use the rewards at the service I was given a hard time that he couldn't do it. Yuggg!!!! More

I have had an exceptional experience the entire time I have been coming to LaFontaine, since my husband and I bought our very low mileage used car there, three years ago. I have consistently gone back to have been coming to LaFontaine, since my husband and I bought our very low mileage used car there, three years ago. I have consistently gone back to them for all my service needs on this vehicle and have never had to wait long until my most recent visit. I urgently needed four new tires on a Friday and agreed to come in after they were able to get them in for me for Saturday morning. I figured they would have less staff on a Saturday, and I wasn't surprised to have a wait, and I still had a pleasant experience. More
