We have been going here for almost a decade and the service department has gone down hill fast. Brought my vehicle for a routine oil change and when I got back in the tire sensor wasn’t working, when I service department has gone down hill fast. Brought my vehicle for a routine oil change and when I got back in the tire sensor wasn’t working, when I asked about it the service desk worker had to go ask. Nothing on the paperwork and then they tried to say it must of been like this when I dropped it off and then they tried to look at the paperwork saying they must of notated it and nothing listed. Then tried to tell me I would have to pay to have it fixed, at this point I just left because no one even told me in the first place there was an issue until I got into the vehicle. We have been buying and leasing from here for the last decade and will not go back as I was told I would have to pay to have it fixed. I would recommend not going here. More
