3/18/26 - 2:58pm vehicle checked in for appointment to have oil change/tire rotation/car wash included, showed coupon for free tire rotation. Stated I would schedule another appointment for recall and al have oil change/tire rotation/car wash included, showed coupon for free tire rotation. Stated I would schedule another appointment for recall and all other needed work to be done on my vehicle as over 100,000 miles 3:46pm received inspection video stating oil change/tire rotation completed 4:45pm Zane came to waiting area rambling about he was caught on a call but they got the recall banged out but now the recall warranty work was not completed. He got his manager to take off some cost to my work done due to my long wait time (2 hours), $65.53 due which he could take to the cashier to get me checked out and on my way. No apology. 3/18/26 Called 5:26pm inquiring why no service invoice, told the warranty was not closed out yet but when completed today an email with service invoice would be sent to me 3/19/26 Called 3:14pm inquiring why no email with my service invoice was sent, CWhite verified my email and said Zane would be sending to me today. 3/20/26 1:50pm received email with Service Invoice attached reflecting only discount for the Free Tire Rotation coupon I presented to Zane when checking in on 3/18/26 There was no discount to the oil change. Took my black Ram in for an alignment was told there was something wrong with my ball joints and that a bolt was jammed from sliding into a curb and was told over 3k .
