John and the service team are very rude. They made it very difficult for me to have my battery replaced even though it is under warranty. I do not recommend this dealership for service. More

Mrs. Hayes, this is Nate Householder, I am the GM at LaFontaine Ford of Birch Run. I am not seeing in recent service visits in our system for you. You came in for a battery concern in February of 2023, in which the battery was replaced under warranty.

I contacted your service department about 2 months ago again concerning my battery and was treated terribly. You can discuss my conversations with your parts manager and Donald, your service staff member, and John the service manager. They did everything in their power not to assist me with my battery warranty. Your parts manager hung up the phone on me. I was told Justin was going to call me after speaking with one of your car sales men. Justin never called me. I have also filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI.
