The service department at LaFontaine Ford in Birch Run is fabulous. They are fast, efficient and friendly. There are a variety of spaces to wait while your vehicle is being fixed and I was able to sit down w fabulous. They are fast, efficient and friendly. I test drove the car for over the weekend, we met at a reasonable price point that met me just under my original budget when the vehicle was actually stickered over my budget. Sean was out on a mobile service visit to replace a rear headlight assembly. He was very thorough, went above and beyond telling us other issues he noticed would need to be addressed soon. He was quick, efficient, and also explained the process of why he had to do certain things that weren’t obvious to someone outside of the car world. Overall, he offered an incredible experience. Whatever he makes, he deserves a lot more. I would also most definitely use the mobile service again, as well. Very convenient and comfortable. More
Bought a 2023 Expedition Max Limited. It had some dings that the dealer said could be repaired by their PDR guy. Well, the guy is a hack! Drilled a nasty hole in my door, didnt tidy it It had some dings that the dealer said could be repaired by their PDR guy. Well, the guy is a hack! Drilled a nasty hole in my door, didnt tidy it up, or put a plug in the hole. And now, I have a half assed repair job with cracked paint and a new ding, that I'll have to get fixed at a body shop. Vehicle only had 1 key fob. I asked several times about a 2nd one. Was told "we'll come up with something" and " we'll figure it out". Once the sale was done, the narrative changed to " we can't/won't do anything for you. You're on your own". Disgusted and disappointed? You bet your xxx. I should have known better than to go to a Lafontaine dealership. More
