Purchased a used Lexus GX remotely. Was very happy with the communication during the process initially. I was told there were no scratches or chips which was surprising as it was used. When I received the car there were multiple scratches and a cracked running board so was frustrated to see this. Would recommend seeing used car in person before buying. The sales rep did say that was their preferred option up front but with them not knowing when the title would clear to sell was hard to schedule. More

Very personal and honest and upfront about everything. I had been turned away by everyone I had been to. This was my last hope and my dream came a reality thanks to Ed Laponsie and Laura Laponsie. They I had been turned away by everyone I had been to. This was my last hope and my dream came a reality thanks to Ed Laponsie and Laura Laponsie. They worked nonstop to find me the perfect car and get me the absolute best deal. I am a single mom with a daughter who has multiple disabilities. I am traveling back and forth to Ann Arbor to U of M for her care and my car was falling apart my ex husband left me. It was unsafe and no heat. I work full time and then a second job as well and just need someone to believe in me and have faith and help me get a safe and reliable car that will allow me to get my daughter back and for to her medical appointments and me back and forth to work.
