Excellent service and impeccable attention to quality for Lunghamer Ford of Owosso (LFO) Service Department. The past few months have taken a 2016 F-150 for maintenance and manufacturer recalls. Each and every time Mr. kevin Hoover and company were welcoming, professional, and explained the issues in detail prior and during repairs. Mr. Hoover was also key with his assistance navigating Ford Motor Company recalls. The work was completed on a timely basis and price was as quoted at the start of the process. Moreover, the truck was returned impeccably cleaned. LFO will be No. 1 next investment based on the quality of the Service Department. Recommend LFO 100%. thank you, Sincerely, Francisco J. Llinas

Modern car I used car mid-june was very misled on the quality. The fact that it had more than one owner in the salesman, said right to my face. Only one owner blue care certified and no accidents. Meanwhile, inside a trifled set of papers in the envelope, it definitely has been in an accident left the dealership with a wobble in the front-end. More than 60 miles an hour. Stopped at another dealership was very misled on the quality of the car. I had just purchased was told. I probably shouldn't have dropped 3 grand on a long-term warranty. Because of the damage that was done to the underbody of the car in the accident that I was told never happened. I was also promised lifetime. Free oil changes that never came existence, and I was informed that the tire had the car head had all new tires put on it, which would include rotation balance factor that into the amount of money that I agreed to felt totally misled, 2 and 3/4 of an hour. Hanging out in the dealership, just trying to get this used car that I had already purchased after getting the wrong. The number three times fighting with my insurance agent. Him saying the car said it had an accident. And the dealership said it didn't felt totally connived, and gaslit, and they led my sister to believe she was helping me with this heap of metal, but now I have a three thousand dollar warranty on

I want to share an Extremely BAD Experience I had with Milnes Ford on Friday, February 20, 2026. I drove 1.5hrs to test drive (& buy) a used Ford Fusion Hybrid. I LOVED the car & made an offer $150 less than $ales Price + On-Line Coupon. The Sales Manager, David Thompson, rejected offer. So, I counter for an increase of $75. My counteroffer was also rejected. It was end of day and would check back on Saturday. To My Surprise, Sales Mgr (Mr Thompson) INCREASED the sales price by $700 !!! I will NEVER but from Milnes Ford ... They lost a sale and they Lost a Customer for LIFE. I've share this experience with my friends and family ... Penny Wise and Dollar FOOLISH !!!

Multi point inspection NOT DONE - TO TRUSTING

UPDATE Im on SSD from 2 back surgery's and 3 neck surgery's I finally saved enough money to get the AC checked as it did not work. I bought it in December so I could not tell. And they told me the AC works, As it went threw our multi point inspection. I all ready had to have the front struts and rear autoride shocks and upper and lower ball joints Repaired. As the steering wheel would shack An this cost me $1100.00 for that repair. Which I was told was all inspected and in working order. Now the repair shop called and said the rear AC albumin line has a hole in it and there is no Freon in the system. And the repair will be $1248.00 DO NOT TRUST ANY ONE AT THIS DEALER THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. And dont buy there extended warranty as they would not cover this as they said it was a preexisting problem just like the suspension

Alice was quick to reach out to me and set me up with Randy who was going to help me with my purchase. They both were so awesome and Randy especially knew his stuff and went out of his way to get the information that I needed. Unlike some other dealers who "guessed" at an answer (and were wrong), Randy had no problem making sure he gave me correct info. Unfortunately, although I was ready to purchase a Ford Explorer at this dealership, we decided we needed a larger vehicle to tow. I felt horrible leaving Randy hanging on the day that I was going to come in because he truly was so wonderful to work with. I hope whoever reads this has a chance to work with him in the near future. You'll be in good hands.
