Mobile guy came out to check out a possible recall on rear camera on 2017 Ford Edge. He leaves, I go to leave literally a minute later to grab my child from school and the cap to the ignition on/off but rear camera on 2017 Ford Edge. I literally get in touch with the guy that came out and w/Lafontaine w photos saying hey look at this. They take no responsibility and claim it was like that when they got in car yet no mention of it and no documentation that that is how it was. The accountability aspect was bad. They ended up paying for the actual part but that was after I was on them about accountability for a few days. I asked for a GM call twice and the request just gets passed off to a low level supervisor. Lots of excuses but no accountability. More
