I recently purchased a 2026 Escape. I worked with Pat Kelly for the second time. He was great. I was able to test a drive a 2025 Bronco Sport and a new Escape. LaFontaine Ford put in a new wheel and a new cabin air filter. I dropped of my car the night before which is really convenient. The parts came in very quickly. He didn't pressure me, which I appreciated, yet followed up with me to see if he could answer a professional from the first call to closing the sale.
