Very unhappy with Keller Ford...Their conclusion regarding my A/C problem was that the PCM card required replacement. The estimate of that fix was $1,200.00. They charged me $306.30 for the diagnost regarding my A/C problem was that the PCM card required replacement. The estimate of that fix was $1,200.00. They charged me $306.30 for the diagnostic work. I paid the $306.30 in cash and declined the $1,200.00 for the PCM card. I brought the car to Fox Ford and they found the A/C problem to require a $45.00 part. They replaced that part and the A/C has been working perfectly well! Keller Ford should refund my money for the invalid evaluation and recommendation however they refused. More
