Jeremy Trent is the most God awful person who would try and sell me and my family a 2021 ford explorer with a bad transmission knowing full well that we were on our way to Chicago, I have two kids under 10 and sell me and my family a 2021 ford explorer with a bad transmission knowing full well that we were on our way to Chicago, I have two kids under 10...also threatened me in front of his co workers to lay hands on me and throw me out because I wanted my title back on the 2019 duramax high country I was foolish enough to trade in for junk....took the ford from the dealership, the tank had 11 miles to empty, I put $68 in fuel, got on the highway, car warmed up and transmission was gone, I want my $68 for fuel back .....DON'T BUY ANYTHING USED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP More

Horrifying experience! Went in to trade a vehicle for a FORD EXPLORER WITH 34,000 MILES. GARRETT BEAUDRY SAID IT CAME FROM A GREAT FAMILY AND WAS A LEASED VEHICLE. WENT TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE. THE CAR WASN'T READY. GARRETT LIED SAID IT WAS BEING SERVICED SINCE THEY OPENED AND THE MECHANIC IS ALINING THE TIRES! FINALLY GOT THR CAR DROVE IT 5 MINUTES AND THE TRANSMISSION WAS SLIPPING. DROVE IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE JEREMY TRENT REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR TITLE BACK FROM OUR TRADE. HE WAS BEING VERY THREATENING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY SOLD US AN UNSAFE VEHICLE KNOWING WE WERE TRAVELING OUT IF STATE WITH 2 YOUNG CHILDREN! THEY PUT OUR FAMILY IN DANGER! I went in for an estimate to fix my ford. They charged me $135 to look at it and it didn't take 15 minutes. They quoted me $1000 to fix the problem , but would not guarantee that it would wor They charged me $135 to look at it and it didn't take 15 minutes. On top of that , they charged me a shop fee of $15 and they did noting to fix the car. DO NOT go here unless you want to just give them your money for nothing. More
