We had been sh My wife and I had been looking for a 2013 or newer Ford Fusion with 50k miles or less that was not going to exhaust or money reservoir. We had been shopping around for about a month and had experienced either inflated prices or ridiculous sales consultants that were disrespectfully condescending and wanted one thing, money money money! Upon entering Keller, without an appointment, Jesse quickly noticed us. However, he did not leave it at that. He took action and welcomed us in. Jesse was amiable throughout the entire conversation, being down-to-earth, kind, and friendly. He did not pressure us or attempt to persuade us into making a decision. Furthermore, he did not condescend us, assuming that he knew better than we did. Expressing his patience, he was relaxed the entire time and persevered in genuineness. What was most evident, however, was that his kindness and amiable presence was not a fabricated personality being used as a tactic to beguile us into a sale! Rather, Jesse is an authentic person whose respectable, friendly, relaxed personality is a manifestation of who he is. My wife at one point directly stated, "Jesse, you're not a sales person; you are just a great guy (who sells cars)!" In addition to Jesse, other associates walked by, while Jesse was away making the deal, and inquired whether we had been helped!
