Let me tell you we have done a TON of research, went to many dealers, sat in plenty of cars, and got the absolute BEST service from Jesse Espinoza at Keller Ford. There were no "hidden anythings", and he was not pushy AT ALL. The car we chose is exactly what we wanted; however, I was not 100% sold on the specific car initially. Jesse went out of his way to pull up the car I initially had planned on buying from another dealer (luckily they had one on the lot, it was not a Ford) next to the Ford we were looking at so I could compare the cars side-by-side. I think I got out of each car at least 10 times each! I am SO thankful I was able to do that as I might have made a mistake by choosing the other car. Going above and beyond in that way was extremely helpful for me. I felt very comfortable the whole time, and was able to make my choice confidently. Set up an appointment with Josh Dupey.for later in that afternoon. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt the time was right. Josh helped me pick out a new 2014 Kia Rio , I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. But not only did I love the car , the Keller Kia sales team were wonderful to me. I believe that everyone working that afternoon made their way over to me to just say HI and introduce themselves. I cant thank them enough, buying a new car can be a little stressful as we all know. With their knowledge and friendly smiles I could not be happier. I know I made the right choice on my Kia and the dealership.
