Although I would have preferred getting my Edge back sooner, LaFontaine Ford did a very thorough job. I was in Grand Rapids visiting relatives when my Edge lost all its electronics. They began trouble sooner, LaFontaine Ford did a very thorough job. I was in Grand Rapids visiting relatives when my Edge lost all its electronics. They began troubleshooting the problem on a Monday morning, but they could not determine the source of the problem. The service advisor indicated they would need to contact Ford engineers for assistance. In the meantime I needed to get home on the east side of the State as I needed my medications. LaFontaine Ford provided me with a free rental vehicle so I could get home. The service advisor called me Friday and advised the problem with my Edge had been repaired and my vehicle was ready. I was very pleased with the service I received from LaFontaine Ford. More
