My service rep Rick was very informative about what was done to my car. I've always had good service with Ford and there prices are pretty fair. Since new ownership I have gone twice for service and wasn’t satisfied either time. Once to buy touch up paint and the other when getting oil changed and I had a tire in need of plugging and they only of wasn’t satisfied either time.
