The salesman, Bryan Buckner, was incredibly helpful and professional from the first call to closing the sale. He didn't pressure me, which I appreciated, yet followed up with me to see if he could answer a professional from the first call to closing the sale. The finance manager, Whitney Reid, was also terrific to work with. She patiently went over every package option with me so that ,by the time the deal was finished, I left feeling confident in my purchase decision. They were both friendly and personable throughout. Although I would have preferred getting my Edge back sooner, LaFontaine Ford did a very thorough job. I was in Grand Rapids visiting relatives when my Edge lost all its electronics. They began trouble sooner, LaFontaine Ford did a very thorough job. I was in Grand Rapids visiting relatives when my Edge lost all its electronics. They began troubleshooting the problem on a Monday morning, but they could not determine the source of the problem. The service advisor indicated they would need to contact Ford engineers for assistance. In the meantime I needed to get home on the east side of the State as I needed my medications. LaFontaine Ford provided me with a free rental vehicle so I could get home. The service advisor called me Friday and advised the problem with my Edge had been repaired and my vehicle was ready. I was very pleased with the service I received from LaFontaine Ford. More
