Jerry Rocks!!! Jerry was great with my trade in and sale of my lease on the Escape. He knew and understood the adjustment I was going to make from the Expedition to Jerry was great with my trade in and sale of my lease on the Escape. He knew and understood the adjustment I was going to make from the Expedition to the Escape. Very considerate and down to earth. He was very thorough with the educating me on the Escape and gave great advice. It' been a huge change for my boy's and I but I love the Escape. It's been great in the snow. I've never done this on my own and Matt, Steve and Jerry were a great help. Thank You!!!! More

Could you ask for anything else My new car guy!!! So I have been looking for a F-150 for 2 months. I had been to 2 of the local Lansing Ford dealers (they will not be named) and the My new car guy!!! So I have been looking for a F-150 for 2 months. I had been to 2 of the local Lansing Ford dealers (they will not be named) and the sales men were in patient and lacked knowledge on their on product. I was recommend by one of Chads past customers. Wow you talk about customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, and VERY professional. Thank you Chad!!! More

Stress-Free Car Buying Sam Darish was just fantastic! I was really in a pinch for a car and Sam helped me so much. He handled all the paperwork, loan and all.
