Called the dealership the next business day and the dealership person provided some ball park numbers which was way lesser compared to the Day 1. Invited me to the dealership but then realized that there was an early closing which the dealer did not communicate earlier. Gave completely wrong numbers that was completely outside of what was discussed over phone. In the end decided to even block their website and their phone number forever. Such a waste of time with an untrustworthy dealer who sells cars that were not even rated by NHTSA. When asked about the same I heard another lie from the dealership person. BEWARE OF THE DEALER AND THE PRODUCT THEY SELL. More

Excellent Experience Until. I would have rated the dealer excellent until they presented the "cost sheet" that had an additional $599 listed as an "additional option/expense" or I would have rated the dealer excellent until they presented the "cost sheet" that had an additional $599 listed as an "additional option/expense" or similar wording. In my opinion, the item was glossed over with no explanation until I specifically asked what the expense was. At that time, they stated it was for interior/exterior stain treatment and stain warranty that was applied when the dealer received the vehicle. Upon further discussion, the $599 stain warranty expense was removed by the dealer. If the dealer had insisted on charging for a "stain warranty," I would have walked out of the dealership. So, if I correctly understand the sales pitch, I supposedly received a "free" anti stain treatment but no anti stain warranty. Don, the salesman, was exceptional. He gave us plenty of time to determine if the vehicle would meet our needs then did a tremendous job explaining the nuances of the Santa Fe. More

He heard what we said we were looking for, provided clear information about choices and options, and was prompt in responding to our inquiries. As a matter of fact, he got our business because he was the most responsive of any of the other salespeople we encountered in our car search. More
