On my first visit to the service department I had to wait 20 minutes before being greeted. I was then asked who my service advisor was, only to find out that he no longer worked there. I had received a rem 20 minutes before being greeted. I was then asked who my service advisor was, only to find out that he no longer worked there. I had received a reminder text earlier that day with his name on it. While signing for my loaner vehicle, I had to put a credit card on file and wasn’t allowed to travel out of state. I placed a parts order that was supposed to deliver in a week. I was never notified that it had arrived. I followed up a month later and they had trouble finding the order in their system. The lone positive in the experience was receiving a short video showing my vehicle being serviced. More
