i called from out of state and was connected to jordan, who was very professional and kind. i wanted a specific vehicle but couldn’t arrive for a few days, they were able to hold it, with a deposit of course, and scheduled a day and time i could arrive. jordan sent me all details and photos i asked for and who very prompt at asking any message i sent over several days. when i arrived jordan and lindsay got everything taken care of in a flash. jordan even walked me through some extra features i hadn’t thought to ask about. thank you all so much! if i lived nearby, i’d definitely be back. made my first ford buying experience top notch. highly recommend.

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

Avoid this service department. The service manager lies. They scheduled my truck for service and didn't start working on it for another week. Then returned it to me with an obvious coolant leak. Within 100 miles after their repairs, I had a check engine light on and found that they smashed a connector together, bending the pins, and had to pay someone else to fix it. They are okay for tires and batteries, but if you need anything complex or involving them touching your engine, go elsewhere.

My daughter and I had bought a Kia Forte from Bedford Ford. I have dealt with a lot of car dealers but these guys are the best. We were in and out in 20 minutes and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks
