My vehicle was at LaFontaine for a 50/60,000 mile check. I also asked for an oil change and stated that I had no problems to report. Work was done in a timely fashion. My only disappointment was to find that there was no reporting back to me as far as battery check, fluid levels or tire air pressure. You would think that that amount of miles would have included a tire rotation. My history has shown that since the dealership change from Pfeiffer Lincoln that I have to ask point blank for everything and leave nothing to chance. My receipt also says nothing about fluid level so I have to assume they checked and are ok. Pfeiffer always had a very specific checklist with associated levels for everything. Leaves me wondering rather than assured since I use the dealership where I purchased my vehicle as my only maintenance. My vehicle in a 2016 Lincoln MKX, on which I still carry Lincoln Extended Warranty and purchased new in early 2017. Current mileage is 62,259 miles and is receives maintenance on average 3 times per year since new. More
